My name is Kevin O'Brien. I woke up this morning the happy Seller of a condominium on Fisher Island in Miami. Yesterday, after nine grueling months, in the worst market I have ever seen, Elena Bluntzer was kind enough to dispose of it for me. By way of introduction, my company owns and manages two thousand apartment units. I have been in real estate all of my business life. As a Realtor, Broker, Property Manager, General Contractor, General Partner, Managing Member, Investor and Owner I've spent the past twenty eight years brokering, buying, renovating, managing and selling real estate. My business day consists of speaking to lawyers, brokers, buyers and sellers. The name Elena Bluntzer will forever be etched in my real estate Hall of Fame. I interviewed her along with two other Brokers after our condo sat on the market unsold for twenty months. Her preparation, presentation and professionalism were head and shoulders above the other candidates. She made the decision easy for me. I knew that I was impressed. I did not know if she would deliver.Over the next nine months Elena continually exceeded my expectations. I'm sure you've heard horror stories about short sales. Mine was no exception. Elena talked big, and she backed it up in every way. She showed my unit constantly, worked very well with co brokers and completely understood the market. I found that she possessed tremendous pride and was inexhaustible. The "fourth quarter" of our short sale lasted three months and, surprisingly, I saw her get stronger as we approached the finish line. Competent, determined and experienced accurately describe her. I felt that I had a person representing me who brought more to the table than I did. I'm not used to that. During months of daily frustration she was continually pleasant and "cool under fire." Elena was absolutely expert at reading contracts and noticing errors that I or my counsel had missed. I'm not used to that either. Her staff was competent and responsive. I never felt forgotten or disconnected. After the performance I witnessed, I would bet that Elena could handle standard transactions with her eyes closed and both hands tied behind her back. I've spent a lifetime dealing with Brokers and, for the most part, I haven't been too impressed. Elena definitely is an All-Star. f you hire this woman, I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed with her personally or professionally. I am pleased to repay her massive effort to me and my family with this letter of recommendation. My lawyer called her a "bulldog." I assure you, he meant it as a compliment.

We would highly recommend working with Elena and her team. They helped us find our perfect home and made us feel at ease during the entire process. From our first meeting with Elena, we knew she would guide us in the right direction. She has an incredible knowledge of the market, impeccable taste and was very helpful in identifying homes that were well priced and valued.
