With gratefulness and joy, my wife Lena and I, announce the closing of our dream home on Miami Beach. Working with Elena
My wife and I started working with Elena over 5 years ago when we contemplated moving to a larger unit on Fisher Island. We were not in a big rush and we did not want to settle for something less than what we truly wanted. Elena was very patient and accommodating until she found the right home for us. When she did, she handled the negotiations with the sellers’ agents with the perfect balance of diplomacy and toughness. On the other side, when it came to selling our old unit, Elena had us under contract at our asking price in 36 days. What else could we ask for. Elena was not only successful in managing our 2 transactions, she was an absolute pleasure to work with. Also important to note was Elena’s assistant Jenny Cordoba was incredibly meticulous, efficient and made sure every last detail was dealt with to ensure there would be no last-minute holdups at either closing and she was as much a pleasure to work with as Elena
