When I. recently searched for a real estate agent to represent me with the sale of my Fisher Island unit 7764 I was hoping to find the best. I am happy to say that I did. Elena Bluntzcr's professionalism and knowledge of the market is unmatched in her field. I firmly believe that nobody else could have gotten nte the price for my property that Elena did. Her outstanding marketing of my property and negotiation expertise resulted in a successful side in only a month and a half after we listed our unit with her. Elena was able to find a qualified buyer who closed 15 days from contract at the highest price per square foot paid on Fisher - $8.5 Million cash. I have been a developer. broker and investor in real estate in the Chicago area building and selling luxury propenics for over 45 years and I must say that wilh Elena handling the listing and sale of my unit it was one of the smoothest real estate transactions I have ever been involved in.
