I almost never write letters of recommendation. My only exception is for truly outstanding performance. Elena Bluntzer and her Executive Assistant, Jennifer Cordoba, were most helpful and professional in helping us find our new home! Knowing the general area where we wished to relocate, I researched properties and realtors. I picked out a dozen properties that I thought had potential. It was time to engage a professional. I have good friends with Sotheby’s in Denver. They recommended an affiliate familiar with “South of 5th,” Coral Gables and Coconut Grove, FL — Elena Bluntzer. I sent my list of potential properties along with why I thought these homes could fit the bill. Elena and Jennifer arranged visits to most of these.
